My ‘diet’ is in full effect. I am allowed coffee, tea and as much water as I can drink. Other than that I am allowed dinner and that’s it. I’ve added 45-60 minutes of yoga at least four times a week to the mix. I can cheat on the weekends and eat another meal during the day but only if I’m riding. Basically, I am going right back to my life long eating disorder, but if it means I go back to 105 then I’m OK with it.
